attempt to help every American gain the right to live their lives in the
pursuit and achievement of love. This God, of which the President spoke
of, has time and again valued love over legality, acceptance over
adherence, and humanity over humiliation. Paul teaches us that God was
in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, and has given to us the
ministry of reconciliation."
